Founded in early 2025 in Pune, India, RigAI was born from two decades of enterprise IT and AI experience, and a single belief that shapes everything we make:

That tagline is our north star. We don't sell automation, headcount replacement, or generic copilots. We build finished AI products that quietly make a guest feel more cared for, a resident feel more at home, a shopper feel more understood, and a viewer feel more indulged. The technology disappears; the experience elevates.
We have built one ringfenced AI fabric and shaped it into four distinct, sector-specific products, each engineered for the rituals of its world. SynSok reimagines the hotel as an AI operating system, from discovery and booking to in-stay and back-of-house operations. SOS turns the cinema lobby into pre-paid, seat-delivered F&B with measurable revenue lift. SMALL wraps the mall in an AI concierge that orders from any food court brand while you shop. SynSok City ties residents and the township economy together under one AI brain. Same fabric underneath; four unmistakably different products on top.
Underneath every product is the same conviction: data stays ringfenced per tenant, intelligence is multilingual by default, and integrations go deep into the systems operators already trust — OHIP, Mews, POS, KOT, payments — so AI shows up as quiet competence, not noisy novelty.
